Easiest Pizza Base Ever


3 ingredients: can of coconut milk, pack of ground almonds (200gr) and a couple of heaped tablespoons of tapioca flour.  Mix into a batter, spread onto greased parchment paper.  Bake for 30mins until begins to brown and crisp, flip it over using the parchment paper, bake again until nicely crispy.  remove from oven and put on your toppings: tomato paste? tin of tomatoes? feta cheese? (goat and ewes milk cheese) chorizo?  fresh herbs?  yum

Made with sweet potato and ‘crumbed’ with freshly milled flax seed, lightly fried in coconut oil with a sweet chilli sauce (tomato juice, maple syrup & chilli powder thickened with arrow root)
